Hi,
I'm probably just blind , but I cannot find anyhing like 
"ProjectFileChooser" in the docs :: a dialog that would allow the user 
to select any file from the project (or from disk and add it to the 
project) and provide the right project-related URL, etc.

Is there something like this?
