how to new Compiled Classes BT into project

Hi,
how do I create a new Compiled Classes build target in a project? I mean 
through UI. When I right-click on Outputs / New Build Target ... - 
there's only JarPackager and Ant, no compiled classes. I'm working in 
the Sample java project.

Is this a known issue? Looks like a bug.
