I prefer to see only suggestion concerning the currently opened file, without putting somes filters. But I like also, when I choose a project or a folder, see all results in one place and browse into result. Thus suggestion view is depending of the node where action is done. Another idea, when I launch the suggestion on a folder or for all a project, is it possible to add the suggestion icon aside each node for which a suggestion exists, even if the suggestion view has been closed ?
