[tasklist] tasklist and netbeans xml file

As you know, each module responsible must maintain a xml file containing 
data about features and tasks.
I would like to know if it's possible to do import.of that xml file into 
the tasklist module, do some modification and them export it to html 
file simillary to one used for the new features.

another question, if the first one is negative, why not permit, when I 
do a export to html, to have the possibility to change the xsl file used 
for the export.
Do you think it's easily feasable ?
