[tasklist] Branches - take 2

In a recent e-mail, I said we should try to keep the trunk and
release35 in sync.

That won't work - release35 is only for bug fixes now, and it
sounds like a lot of new development is taking place.

Our release34 branch was kept feature equivalent to the trunk,
but with workarounds to use only NetBeans 3.4 APIs etc.

This time the situation is different - and here's what I 
propose we do:

* release35 will not be feature equivalent to the trunk: new
  features go only in the trunk

* the trunk should also be compileable and runnable with
  NetBeans 3.5.

Does this sound okay?
