In fact it could be possible to use issuezilla to decide whether a
branch is stable enough or not.

What we need is a 3.5 branch where we can commit bugfixes
(should we use release35 branch for it?) and the trunk.
I also don't see any sense in the dev35 branch. We should close it.
6 months are not so much time. And I think that we will see a 3.5.1
(community driven?) release too.
