Because I didn't hear that any additional module will
be localized in the plan. I heard just NetBeans Platform.

We suggest NetBeans Platform first, then Java SE IDE.
I don't think it's good idea to generate all modules by using
NetBeans Platform TMX. Let's finish particular modules first.

Once NetBeans Platform is completed, the next is Java SE IDE.
Other language teams are also working on it by using CTI.
