Hi Masaki, well, I agree partially but I'll obey the consensus. We started to translate the NetBeans just for a few weeks ago, and we don't want to change the rules at all, but we think that different persons use the IDE according their preferences and if one particular feature is translated to their language the user experience will increase a lot. Of course that the main purpose of netbeans is develop with the Java language but other modules are used every day with netbeans, (like c/c++, ruby... ), and that don't have any relation with Java. In my own experience, the Ruby language spends the 90% of the working time and with Netbeans I increased my productivity at least 30%, other coworkers works with C/c++, python or Java, and they have the right to ask for their favorite IDE at their own language To summarize, we will countinue the translation of netbeans with the java SE but we think other modules have the same "priority" than the java ones. Our idealities are very attached to the freedom and reutilization of work, that's because we ask for TMX at the CTI (import/export) and don't take this talk as an attack. Sorry for the fuss, we will keep at work. Masaki Katakai escribiu: > Hi Fran, > > Because I didn't hear that any additional module will > be localized in the plan.
