Hi Fran,

The English file is the final. There is no new version for 6.7.
It looks you didn't clean your source files or target files of OmegaT project.

For example,

   enterprise5/j2ee-websphere6/...

files have been removed in the final English files. However, your
tarball still contains these files.

Please remove both source and target folders, then put the latest English
into source files when you generate files.
