Stefaan,
My name is Marlen Waaijer and until recently I was the only person in
the Dutch NetBeans group. Hence the lack of a dedicated mailing list. :-)
But you are the second person to come onboard this month. The other
person is Hubert Klein Ikkink. We can use this mailinglist for now.
Maybe it will inspire others to join, or set up their own language group.

I have been very busy getting as much Dutch translated as possible for
the NetBeans RC3 release.
Hopefully there will be some time to do some administrative work.
You are welcome to join the Dutch translation team.

There is a lot to translate on the platform, so we will not run out of
tasks anytime soon.
Wanting to refresh my java skills was also the reason I joined the project.

   1. Have you signed on at the https://cti.sunvirtuallab.com/community/
      yet?

That would be your first step.

   2. Have you run the latest NetBeans Dutch version? Get it from
      http://download.netbeans.org/netbeans/6.7/rc/ ( somewhat in the
      beginning stages!)

   3. Since we now have several minds to bounce things off of, I would
like to make sure that all my translations meet with community
consent. I acquired my computer education in the USA, for me the
Dutch computer jargon is a challenge. I have been making
corrections as the files come around for the next iteration. I
      need the feedback.
