[TF-dev] integrated all files for NetBeans 6.7

Hi Team,

Thank you very much for your contributions! We picked up translations
from CTI and integrated them into NetBeans 6.7 repository. We will
soon update the following wiki, which is linked from download page.

Here is the result of validation. I fixed only critical issues that
would cause exception.

These final files will be into FCS build. If you want to try, please
try the following steps:

1. Download NetBeans 6.7 RC3 and install it

2. Download the following zip and save it

   http://translatedfiles.netbeans.org/files/documents/94/2500/nb67-comm-ml-20090617.zip

3. unzip it in the installation directory of NetBeans 6.7 RC3

4. Remove NetBeans user directory

5. Start NetBeans
