[TF-dev] Please help translation of "IDE Language"

Hello Team,

There is one updated string on donwload page.
We will change "Language" to "IDE Language"
so that users can understand the meaning quickly.

I tried to add "IDE" simply before the translation of "Language".

de : IDE Sprache
es : IDE Idioma
fr : IDE Langue
gl_ES : IDE Idioma
it : IDE Lingua
pl : IDE Język
pt_BR : IDE Idioma
ru : IDE Язык
sq : IDE Gjuha
zh_TW : IDE 語言

Is it good? Please check your language and let me know
correct translation.
