Sure Stefaan,
Why don't you grab the  final English files, which can be downloaded 
from attachment of  ( at the very bottom) of

http://wiki.netbeans.org/NB67L10nPlatform

You need to rename them by adding a _nl after the filenames
such as start_strings_nl.js
When you are done, send them to the list, so Masaki can pick them up
