Welcome to NetBeans! :-) This is a great news :-).

I will prepare files for you early next week so that you can start 
translating.

I suppose you first want to start with Platform files as described in 
here [1].

Then you can move on to JavaSE modules [2].

I have added Catalan into the current list of NB community languages 
[3], it is amazing to see how it is growing! ;-)


NetBeans 6.8 translations will start in the second half of September, so 
until that time we still continue localizing NB67/NB671.
