[TF-dev] start translating with omegat

Hello,
I want to start translating NetBeans platform into Romanian. I need a little
help downloading the right files.
I will translate using omegaT, after it's complete i will upload it. I know
I can use CTI, but can't right now.
Can anybody point me in the right direction?
