Hello Ala,

Please use your user ID as your SCA ID.

There is a slightly different process with NetBeans SCA ID registration 
compared to other projects, therefore there was this confusion.

The CTI team is informed about this and all NB contributors' user IDs 
will be used as SCA IDs.

I will update the First Steps pages with this info soon [1].

FYI, once you sign SCA for any product (e.g. OpenSolaris), this gives 
you the right to also contribute to any other products on CTI (e.g. 
NetBeans) and viceversa. I.e. SCA needs to be signed and sent to Sun 
only once.
