[TF-dev] CTI projects completion and restart today

Dear all,

I am going to complete all NB CTI projects today and restart them.

This is because we are going to use a different file structure (e.g. all 
javase_installer files will be merged into one file which you can access).
It will enable us faster project creation and picking up of files.

Projects should be restarted still within today.
