[TF-dev] Turkish keyboard "i" letter issue

Hello all,
Do you know of the issue described below? Is this a known issue, do you 
know if there was any answer to this ever provided (or bug filed)?

I am using Turkish keyboard layout and we have lowercase "ı" and lowercase "i" letters in
our alphabet.
While I am writing "" in IDE it renders it with error, then I have noticed that when I
write it as "" there has been no error.

Note: I am using utf-8 encoding.

I hope you'll find a solution for this issue.
