Hi Ruzette, to start translations in CTI, you would first need to register in CTI - https://worldserver.sun.com/community/register.jsp. Then please send me your username so that I can add your account into the Filipino project. FYI - the project is already available in CTI under "NetBeans_6.8_properties_platform" and you can access it in read-only mode as unregistered user.
