Hi Emi,
all languages will be included in these community builds (and in NB6.8 
Beta build).
For "promoting" on the translation status it is good to see that either 
Platform and/or Platform+JavaSE have been fully translated.
But also all the partially translated languages will go into NB6.8 Beta.
And yes, definitely, this will be a great place to point people to the 
Romanian Platform official build! :-)
