[TF-dev] Platform Localization

Hi Ruzette,
Thank you a lot for raising these questions, I think they are very useful.
If you have doubts about the usefulness of UI localization, you need not 
translate it. -> Perhaps some other contributors could share their 
opinion, experience on this...
However, if you would still like to contribute, you can translate web 
documentation, such as release docs (release notes, installation guide, 
index page) or other web docs.

What do you think about this?
If you decide to contribute to the web content, please let me know, as 
all these translations can also be done via CTI so that the translations 
can be reused for next time.
Alternatively, you could contribute to NetCAT team with testing.
