Hi,
Seeing that I was part of the team, I can say that it never worked  
well, at least from my view, and little or no work was ever done.  
There are a few pages on the netbeans site that are translated but  
other than that, I think there is nothing more.

I stopped working in the translation around the launch of NetBeans  
6.0, most of my work was thrown away at that time so I may be wrong  
and there may still be some translations being made.

You can wait for the team's leader to answer, or you could try to pick  
up the translation, but it will give you a lot of work, there is a lot  
of text to translate.
