Hi,

First of all, thanks to Paulo, Sérgio and Janice for the feedback.
At this moment i really don't know what to do.
I began by doing the steps described on "First steps for
newcomers<http://translatedfiles.netbeans.org/docs/first_steps.html>"
section at netbeans site,
but what Janice said is that I do not need these steps to begin the process
of translation. Is that right?
