Hi all, As you might know, the new CTI has been developed and went live last night. It is called the *Sun OpenCTI *and among other things, it offers these new functionalities: - *Search* function - "*Fuzzy matches*" - If *terminology database* is set for a language, the tool proposes *terms* as you translate If you have a CTI account, you can login into the Sun OpenCTI with the same account, no re-registration is necessary. Both tools - the "old" CTI and the "new" OpenCTI can be used in parallel. (I.e. one contributor can use CTI and another one OpenCTI for the same language translation.) The "old" CTI will still be available, but in a sustaining mode. There are some known bugs already: - /Recommended browsers/: *FireFox*, IE, Opera are supported browsers. *Safari* is not usable now (it does not render the UI properly; this is being solved). - /Long strings in OpenCTI editor/: These are not wrapped in the cell, impossible/difficult to translate. (Bug #CTI-64) Feel free to try it out and start it for the next round of NetBeans 6.8 translations.
