[[TF-dev]] Re: [[TF-dev]] Files available in CTI & Community NB 6.8 IDE Translation Contest!

Hello Petra,

Russian platform 6.8 is complete, however it still shows as not 100%,
because there're translated but not leveraged segments.
What does "leveraging" mean in this context? I've looked over the
OpenCTI help page - nothing like that described there...
