[TF-dev] Contribute for Portuguese(Portugal) translation

Hi Paulo and all other possible pt-pt contributors,

I have added the "NetBeans_6.8_properties_platform" project to the 
OpenCTI/CTI, as I communicated with Paulo in another mail, I used our 
Brazilian Portuguese translations for this pt-pt project, so the pt-pt 
file needs to be reviewed and changed into pt-pt accordingly.

Could you please confirm you will be working on these changes?

Could you please also confirm that we can add pt-pt into our NB 6.8 RC2 
release (and consequently into the official final NB 6.8)?
