[TF-dev] NetBeans 6.9 M1 and 6.8 translation

Hi Team,

NetBeans 6.9 M1 was out.

We haven't started the translation yet for 6.9, but
if you want to try with localized files, I prepared
localized jar files by using the latest 6.8 files.
It includes *all* languages.

Please download nb69m1-comm.zip and extract to installation
directory of 6.9 M1.

Translation of 6.8 is still on-going on CTI/OpenCTI so you can
update translations. Weekly build is available on every Monday.
Until we start 6.9 translation, please check the build and
correct/refine these translations.
