Hi Andrey,

Welcome! :-)
And thanks for your interest in contributing to Russian NetBeans IDE! :-)

You can start straight away in OpenCTI, there are NB IDE properties and
msghtml files available for translation, namely projects:
*NetBeans_6.9_properties_platform_javase
NetBeans_6.9_msghtml_javase
*> around 26,000 words to be translated

/To the whole Russian team:/
You might remember, for NetBeans 6.8, Sun sponsored other modules
translation into Russian (cnd, dlight, enterprise, ergonomic, mobility,
ruby, websvccommon) - these translations can be reused in NB 6.9 and
integrated in the community build.
This means that by using these translations from 6.8, the whole IDE can
be translated in future. I checked the difference and there are about
14,000 extra words to be translated).

Please let me know what do you prefer:
1. Go on translating the Platform & Java SE modules now and finish them
first (around *26,000 words*)
2. Have all the modules added (i.e. Platform & Java SE & the rest: cnd,
dlight, enterprise, ergonomic, mobility, ruby, websvccommon; together
around *40,000 words* for translation) and work on files according to
your preference

If 2), I can prepare the files in OpenCTI, just let me know.

FYI - we are going to integrate the whole bulk of IDE for Russian
community build.

Thank you,
Petra
