html translations of NetBeans documents are done in Community 
Translation Interface - *OpenCTI* - located here: 
http://translate.sun.com/opencti/

If not registered yet, please register to this tool so that you can 
translate via this interface - translating there is really easy and it 
helps us save translations for next updates (translations are 
automatically saved in translation memory that we keep).

Once registered, you can start translating. The page you requested - 
cpp-setup-instructions.html 
<http://netbeans.org/community/releases/69/cpp-setup-instructions.html> 
- is available for translation under this project name: 
NetBeans_69_cpp_setup_instructions.
