[TF-dev] Community translation plans for NetBeans 7.0 - mid-November

Dear all,

I have been very silent for a while, but this does not mean that there's 
nothing happening around NetBeans.

I hope you all had a great summer and are eager to start new cycle of 
translations of NetBeans!? :o)

Updates:
- We plan to start with community translations in _*mid-November with 
NetBeans 7.0 release*_
- In the meantime, if you would like to keep on updating the _*current 
files on OpenCTI (NB 6.9.1)*_, feel free to do so - we are integrating 
translations in a weekly build
- If you would like to contribute with _*web docs translations*_
