[TF-dev] German and Russian translation issues

Hi Team,

There are two issues against German and Russian translations.
Could you help for evaluation?

ru:wrong translate

	I'm asking to submitter about what wrong and suggestion,
	but not replied yet. Can anyone in Russian team evaluate it?

de:rename the buttons 'Beenden' to 'Fertigstellen'

	It seems that it happens in 6.9.1.
	Do we still see in 7.0?
