[TF-dev] Re: German and Russian translation issues

Hi Masaki,

German problem is recognized and approved, but quite hard to fix, as
the search functionality on OpenCTI doesn't work properly - it always
quits a search with "Error occured when loading data."

So we don't have a chance to find such entries in a fast way. Of
course we could download everything and search locally, but that's
quite time consuming.
