Hello all,

In the past years, our NetBeans localization community has been very
active and supportive in translating a series of NetBeans releases, your
contribution has made it possible for more and more developers to code
with their favorite tool in their own languages. Nobody can deny that
each of you are doing a remarkable thing here, mindful that you have
been doing all these in your spare time, in an unselfish manner, not to
mention that for languages we have only a single translator, you are
doing the work on your own, with no much help from others. For other
languages, we're lucky to have a small group or a virtual team, but
still you get very little communication from outside.

We think maybe we could do something to change this - a regular
community leads call may help us get more connected and motivated. If
you agree and think this is helpful/necessary, I'd be glad to host this
meeting.

If so, could you please respond (to me or to the alias) with your
comments to the following questions:
(1) What topics would you like to include for discussion in the call?
(2) Would you like to share how you manage translation for your language
(or any other experiences)?
(3) What time would fit you for our first call (between August and
September)?

Any comments/suggestions are welcome.

Thanks!
Paul
