I agree with Emilian about the need of a web-based tool.

Anyway I've actually never been very satisfied with OpenCTI. The search 
feature (IMHO that's what should have made the difference between 
OpenCTI and CTI) worked only in the early times. That's why in the end I 
went on using CTI.
Apart from these personal opinions, this incident should become a hint 
to look for another (better) tool.

At first glance, I like it. On the Google Code information page it says 
that properties files are supported, so maybe it's worth trying.
