[TF-dev] Oracle funds NetBeans Platform translation of 4 additional languages

Hello all,

I'm pleased to announce that starting from version 7.2, Oracle funds the 
translation of NetBeans Platform into French, German, Italian and 
(Worldwide) Spanish, in addition to current four local languages 
(Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese). This 
means after NetBeans 7.2, local developers speaking those four languages 
will be able to download localized NetBeans Platform officially released 
by Oracle, we hope to improve developer's user experience with this 
change. Please note however this only applies to Platform part, the 
translation of NetBeans IDE into these four new languages are not yet 
planned.
