I kinda lost track with what's going on here but -- when exactly will
community based translation resume? I've seen there is an experiment with
launchpad.net -- is this the solution?

As for the announcement, I guess it's a start, but it also signals that
Oracle is moving things in-house. The funding is also minimal since they
just need to maintain the already finished localization.

Speaking of funding -- how about officially supporting the Romanian
NetBeans Platform localization too? It's already done, it needs minimal
maintenance, why not support it officially? Then, instead of worrying, at
least I know I left it in good hands.
