Decisions on language choices are not randomly made, they are based on factors considered as most important to the company. We will surely consider your suggestion here when we revisit the scope next time. You mentioned how we re-use current translations. In fact when we talk about officially supporting a language which was previously translated by community, it is not as simple as that - because it is now mandatory to adopt Oracle's standard of localized products for these languages, it takes in-house linguists and translation vendors a lot of time and efforts to decide whether/how to re-use current translation. In some cases, we may have to start from scratch. This is by no means undermining the value of contribution of our community, but there is admittedly a gap between what we have and what it is expected (for an official l10n product).
