Hi Raj,

Welcome!

Let me prepare some slides for understanding general
process in NetBeans. The detail has not been decided yet,
we're now trying to start translation again with OmegaT.

I'd like to ask you to try OmegaT now:

http://www.omegat.org

Tutorial
http://www.omegat.org/en/documentation.php

I have prepared an OmegaT project for NetBeans Platform part for IN_hi.

http://netbeans.org/projects/nblocalization/downloads/download/7.3/OmegaT_Test_Project_IN_hi.zip

You can download it, unzip and open on OmegaT, and try
some translations on it.

Regards,
Masaki
