IZ 166085: Multiple lines in Variable Formatter are lost after IDE restart

Description: When multi-line code is written into variable formatters, 
it's reduced to the first line after IDE restart.

Impact: It's user data loss.

Risk assessment: Code that stores and reads multi-line Strings was 
thoroughly reviewed.
