Release67 integration review, issue 165347

Hi,

I'm going to integrate fix for issue #165347 to release67 clone.

Subject: NullPointerException at
org.netbeans.modules.editor.NbToolTip$Request.run
Impact assessment: Annoying NPE thrown randomly when using hyperlinks in
the editor. 20 reports in the last 3 weeks.
Risk assessment: Simple fix, hyperlinks and tooltips in the editor can
be easily tested.
QE verification and peer revue: passed
