Description: IZ 166510 CPU Usage Details are confusing if Sun Studio is used
Assessment: a user misled by current representation of data in our main 
feature for this release

Risk assessment:
   1) changed the order of fields in the table (low risk)
   2) changed er_print command used to get table view for CPU  table - 
used to have "lines" now it is "functions"
