Java2D Direct3D usage disabled by J2D_D3D env

Hi!
I have been developing and running some simple applications. In the output window of "NetBeans IDE 3.5.1" I have got this message: "Java2D Direct3D usage disabled by J2D_D3D env". Can anyone tell me what it means, and how to enable "Java2D Direct3D", and tell me what "Java2D Direct3D" is? I have search many pages, including Suns homepages,  but haven't find some substantial information about this. So please help me!
