Hi Tor, it is definitely a bug. Does this happen when you open a project, or when you are working in the Favorites tab? (see issue http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=45077 which was fixed today). Could you please create a bug report, describe what you did and attach a full thread dump to it?
