File chooser should remember last opened directory

I am creating a number of smallish projects for a book. In Eclipse, this wasn't too bad because the file dialog in the File -> New Project wizard remembered the last directory that I opened. In NetBeans, I keep navigating from the home directory to a distant subdirectory, far, far away. These small touches make Eclipse a pleasure to use. Is there a RFE mechanism for Netbeans? My hunch is that if every Eclipse switcher complains about their top five favorite issues, and Netbeans gains these features, then pretty soon Netbeans will have gained parity.
