improve splash screen

Hi,

I've created new proposal for splash screen, feel free to add your 
comments/ideas.

The current splash screen has only progress bar of IDE loading and it's a little
bit boring to look at it.
So, there is a proposal how to beautify it:
- we have set of official NB Packs, each of them has really beautiful icons
(look at www.netbeans.org)
- the idea is to display icons of installed packs on splash screen of starting IDE 

It is done in MS VS and in KDE they are even animated when loading corresponding
module.

one more comment:
- there is a reason to have our cool packs icons on splash screen
- currently installed packs icons are enabled, while others are disabled
this could increase the number of packs' users, because they will always see all
packs and realize not yet installed ones.

I think it should not be difficult, because all our packs have own claster
folder in NB install dir.


What do you think? Other ideas to have fun with splash screen?
