Desperate need for defining shortcuts facility

I  am  finding  that  a  NetBeans  is  in a desperate need for "Define
shortcuts"  facility. Many modules do not define own shortcuts, so for
many  command  you  have  to  go  through  2,  or  3 menu levels. Very
frustrating. So, what we need is a generic "Defino shortcut" facility.
I  mean,  Versioning  have  absolutely  no shortcuts, and we need them
almost as our ENTER.
