Not exactly sure ... generally, I try to recommend that
large binary files *not* go in CVS, but instead into the
/download/ directory.  That dir is not under CVS, and we
(webmasters) have limited scp access to it, so that would
mean that any update would have to get mailed to us, and
then we copy it up ... also not an ideal good soloution.

Vincent, do you expect to be updating this doc often ?  I
would guess no ?
