netbeans.org is slow

netbeans.org is so slow.  I have delayed filing bugs and enhancements 
because of this.

Where is the server?  Is it under heavy load?  Is the ISP slow?  I'm in 
the US.

PS: This newsgroup needs some attention b/c it is being spammed.
