HTMl/Web client for CVS

Hi,

I am on the hunt for a Java-based HTML/Web client for CVS. I know that 
netbeans has a CVS client in Java.

I also saw the CVS browser on the netbeans site. Is this browser written 
in Java (JSP and/or servlets)? Is the frontend code available under the 
SPL too (and if yes, where)?
