Ouch, I guess you're right.  I don't remember this issue,

Agreed;  It is Marek's issue, I'll ask him to take a look
or give me some tips on how to start.

You are right again.  I went through old mails and it seems
the docs guys were going to let us know when to move it, but
I never heard back.  I will restart the issue.

Hmm, going through my mail archives I find I asked :

Since it has been so long and no update, I guess that
answers my question :-)  In that case, I think the
best place for the pdf is in the /download/ directory.
Note that dir is not in CVS, and you do not have access
to it, so any updates you make will need to be given to
the webteam to copy up ... please let me know if that is
a problem.

I'm not sure the best way to link to it from the site, I'll
work on that.  You can of course link to it yourself as you
want/need.
